  • Conversion of the Family Room and Kitchen into a new open Great Room/ Kitchen/Breakfast area, Laundry Room and Powder Room and the addition of a new Vestibule/Mud Room, as well as, a new color scheme for the existing formal rooms of the house. A mixture of stainless steel, granite, rare hardwoods and commercial kitchen equipment are a modern interpretation of the ornate details found in the existing Victorian home

  • Conversion of an existing attached apartment into a new Game/Media Room and a new Master Bedroom suite with a Reading/Office loft. Work also included complete exterior renovation and restoration
